This intensive tour gives the chance to experience several native
climatic zones of the Great Silk Road, ranging from deserts to
high mountains of Kazakhstan and ancient towns of Uzbekistan -
within one tour. The route is running through the reed jungle
of Ili River delta, unique Altyn Yemel National Park, mystifying
Singing Sand Dune, marsian landscapes of Aktau Mountains, relict
Ash-Tree Grove, titanic Charyn Canyon, mountain woods, alpine
meadows, glaciers and summits of Tien Shan. On the way you will
visit ntique monuments of the Kazakhstan history: rock carvings
dating back to the II Millennium BC, necropolises and burial mounds
of the Sack Civilization, erected in VII-V Century BC, ancient
town-fortnesses of the Great Silk Road firstly discripted by Chinese
traveler Suyan Xian in 630 and conquered then by Chingiz Khan's
warriors in the XII Century. You will see typical inhabitants
of the desert - ibices, gazelles, onagri (wild donkey), camel,
wolf and jackals.
In Uzbekistan you will visit Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and
Shahrisabs - 1000 year aged towns which streets remember Alexander
the Great, Chingizkhan and Tamerlan.
We provide transfers by aircraft, buses, safari-trucks. In towns
you will be accommodated at cosy and modern hotels. You will be
given every outdoor support by our friendly and tireless staff
in the comfortable mobile camps, equipped with the spacious living
tents with camp-beds, travelling kitchen and mess-room, showers
